The finest Basque cuisine I have ever had! From the delicious Minestrone soup to the garlicky salad dressing. I normally don’t like cooked carrots but I scarfed these up. French fries and mashed potatoes? Excellent corn; but the best thing of all were the sweet breads with cream gravy! And it all comes with an excellent red wine.
