Damn good grill! I have to admit that I may have a dependency on spare ribs. I ate them in many places over the big northwest and must say that this place is up there! Perfectly seasoned smoked to a beautiful bite from the bone! Try them with the spicy sauce and you are for a treat! Save space for dessert because you don't want to miss the hot apple chef with vanilla ice cream! YUM! View all feedback.
What James Childress (OTRTexan) doesn't like about The Pig Bbq Pub:
The tri tip and ribs were slightly tough, earning the restaurant 2 stars. On the other hand, the fries and beans were quite good, deserving 4 stars. Lunch was delightful at this restaurant. The menu offered a variety of delicious options. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant. I highly recommend this spot for a satisfying midday meal.

If you like overcooked bbq, this is the place for you. The ribs were tough, the pulled chicken was dry and inedible, and the tri tip was hard to chew. We ordered a side salad which had wilted and soft lettuce. The baked beans were strangely tangy and we didn't have more than a few bites. This bbq is like someone cooked bbq without reading the recipe or learning how to bbq. Don't go here. We ended up getting dinner from somewhere else because this was so bad.
Excellent pulled pork sammich and fantastic service! Would recommend
