The finest Basque cuisine I have ever had! From the delicious Minestrone soup to the garlicky salad dressing. I normally don’t like cooked carrots but I scarfed these up. French fries and mashed potatoes? Excellent corn; but the best thing of all were the sweet breads with cream gravy! And it all comes with an excellent red wine. drove over from reno spend the night looking forward to a great meal at the basque martin hotel restaurant *severly* disappointed!! i ordered the lamb chops on recomendation of server one of them was good, the other two my husband had to saw thru, dry and flavorless but he ate them he ordered the sweatbreads heavily breaded and meat overcooked and dry, just put in a white gravy you would use for bisquits and gravy no... This restaurant exceeded my expectations! Everything that was served there from the minestrone soup to the carrots to the shrimp scampi was amazing. Everything was flavorful and didn’t want to stop eating. Highly recommend!
Curious restaurant, good price, friendly staff and abundant and correct food. A place to visit, without a doubt a pleasant surprise.
Lovely experience. Delicious food in every course so pace yourself. Shank was lovely. Marsala was full of delicious mushrooms.
