I myself have a pizza business in the UK , and I flu all the way to Naples to try the famous PIZZA FIOCCO. The day arrived to Roberto Salvatore Susta’s restaurant SUSTABLE I was very impressed of how organised and attentive the staff were. Also I was a bit nervous too because I do really admire what he does and the passion he puts into the pizza. I waited for 2 years for this special moment and the PIZZA FIOCCO arrived to my table, as a Pizza Chef it blow up my mind when I had the first bite, after nearly five days I’m still organising all the amazing flavours, aromas, textures, etc.. it was the best pizza I ever had in my life. But not only the pizza was the highlight of the night, I tried to take a bus back to the hotel but it was a bit late, so I tried to order a taxi but they were busy so I call back to the restaurant SUSTABLE and I asked to Roberto if he could get me a taxi and his answer was; “No problem my friend, come to the restaurant and I take you back to your hotel in Center Napoli “ I was amazed and really happy, a truly gentleman. If you ever go to visit Naples, please do not forget to visit SUSTABLE in Volla, and try the best pizza “PIZZA FIOCCO” Roberto and Salvatore would look after you, highly recommended.
