We had a casual dinner in the area for work, at this place to see if pizza was really just empty words! But it turned out to be reality and professionalism! The vast and select menu is the key to professionalism! The impeccable staff make it an unbeatable recipe! See you next time
The pizza was nothing extraordinary, considering the other expectations we had, as the pizza chef is quite vocal on social media. On the other hand, the wait staff was really friendly and the place was nice.
I came all the way from Padua. Let 's start with the assumption that, through my own fault, I showed up without a reservation on a Saturday evening: about an hour 's wait, but that 's understandable. Once seated, my partner and I ordered a croquette and a Genoese frittatina. Preface: She 's not a big fan of the Genoese frittata... but after the first bite, I had to take it out of her hands! The croquette, on the other hand, was truly exceptional, perhaps the best I 've ever eaten: the choice not to bread it is remarkable, which gives it a unique texture, almost reminiscent of French fries. Then we move on to the pizzas: a Nerano and a Fiocco (the €20 one). The Nerano was excellent—and I say this, even though I don 't like vegetables—but the Fiocco... truly amazing, exactly as described in the videos. As for the dough, it 's something completely different from classic Neapolitan or contemporary pizza: soft, light, and distinctive. In particular, the fact that it 's rolled out with rice flour (if I remember correctly) gives it a crunch, as if the texture were different. Finally, the bill was €69.50, which I think was fair. Before arriving, the owner (a truly iconic character) posted a social media post explaining the reason for the high prices. So, for me, quality and value are a good value. The only downside was perhaps the dessert (tiramisu), which seemed more like/consistency of ice cream than dessert. Maybe if I retraced my steps, I 'd try the rocher, which looked amazing. That said, I hope to return to my beloved Naples soon to eat there again (maybe not on the weekend) and enjoy the evening even more.
I had a great experience, the best pizza, fun environment, and very good service. I had a talk with the chef and he explained me about the place and the pizza I ordered. The place is highly recommended.
It was a great discovery, especially for their attention to food intolerances, with a vast menu that takes you from appetizer to dessert. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the ingredients, evident in the highly digestible dough and the lactose-free products used (especially for me, who have a fairly severe intolerance). I also really appreciated the fact that the dessert wasn 't the typical frozen brick from year X, but rather a fresh and light one. The only flaws are the somewhat high prices and the somewhat disorganized staff, with the annoying request of asking customers to get up after being served and move to a reserved table (with nothing marked on it and in a still half-empty room) after they made the mistake of not properly directing them to their seat... I would have preferred a gesture of courtesy. In any case, I would return.

The menu has a whole vegan section, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. many regional specificities. we were the only tourist there; it seems that the restaurant is very popular with locals. very nice, attentive staff. the chef himself came out of the kitchen to ask us how we liked everything. there is no English menu, so if they don't speak Italian I would recommend checking the menu before the time and searching words with google or a translator app. it seems that the desserts vary from what is listed on the menu, so they ask the personal for all vegan desserts.
We arrived at a restaurant from Israel and enjoyed a moment of delicious pizzas. The attitude of Chef Roberto is warm and good.good service
I followed Roberto Susta on Instagram since 2019, since then I have been very interested on his pizzas and the methods he use to make them, but there is one pizza that he has created and is probably the BEST PIZZA in the WORLD, it’s...Called PIZZA FIOCCO and when I say in the world, I really do mean it. I myself have a pizza business in the UK , and I flu all the way to Naples to try the famous PIZZA FIOCCO. The day arrived to Roberto Salvatore Susta’s restaurant SUSTABLE I was very impressed of how organised and attentive the staff were. Also I was a bit nervous too because I do really admire what he does and the passion he puts into the pizza. I waited for 2 years for this special moment and the PIZZA FIOCCO arrived to my table, as a Pizza Chef it blow up my mind when I had the first bite, after nearly five days I’m still organising all the amazing flavours, aromas, textures, etc.. it was the best pizza I ever had in my life. But not only the pizza was the highlight of the night, I tried to take a bus back to the hotel but it was a bit late, so I tried to order a taxi but they were busy so I call back to the restaurant SUSTABLE and I asked to Roberto if he could get me a taxi and his answer was; “No problem my friend, come to the restaurant and I take you back to your hotel in Center Napoli “ I was amazed and really happy, a truly gentleman. If you ever go to visit Naples, please do not forget to visit SUSTABLE in Volla, and try the best pizza “PIZZA FIOCCO” Roberto and Salvatore would look after you, highly recommended. Great pizza. soft and crispy at the same time. roberto is super friendly and helpful. can only recommend taking some time to go fulla and enjoy its pizza!
I tried so many pizzerias in Naples and other places in the world but this is for sure the best pizza in my life. The dough is amazingly soft and crunchy. Also Roberto and Salvatore are brilliant hosts. Absolutely worth to go there.
