I had no idea there was a gluten-free brunch spot in downtown Visalia! They offer gluten-free bagels and bread for paninis, along with vegan cheese. I tried the fig brie panini, and it came with two gluten-free sandwiches that were quite filling. There was a bit of a wait, even though it wasn't overly busy, so if you're in a hurry, I suggest ordering ahead. Overall, I would give it a 10/10! Dietary restrictions: gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian.
The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating! The bowls we ordered were delicious as well! The atmosphere inside the restaurant is lovely. Food rating: 4/5.
The food is truly outstanding! I can't stop raving about the ube sorbet—it's simply amazing. The cold-pressed juices are also incredibly fresh and delicious. The service was quick and friendly, especially considering how busy they were. Food: 5/5
The cashier was friendly, but I wasn't asked which type of bread I wanted, and I also forgot to mention it. I understand they have a lot going on, but this is not acceptable! Additionally, the bread wasn’t pressed on both sides. I’ll share another photo after I've reheated it in my air fryer to show what it should look like! Overall, the taste was quite bland, too.
