The staff appeared to be friendly with one another, but the customer service left a bit to be desired (perhaps I visited on an off day). The fruit in my bowl wasn't quite ripe, and the acai had a distinctly different flavor. Again, it might have just been an isolated incident at Sol Bol Acai. I visited on July 19, 2023, at 1:02 PM. I'm sorry if my honest feedback is hard to hear, but it seems the response I received justified my review.
The staff here are incredibly friendly! They greeted me warmly and were happy to answer all my questions since it was my first time visiting. I tried the Sunrise Bowl, which includes granola, banana, almonds, carob chips, and peanut butter. It was the best acai bowl I've ever had! They also offer plenty of toppings. Totally worth every penny! Food: 5/5
