With friends from Slovenia, we visited this wonderful culinary house in November 2025. It was absolutely magnificent. Every detail had its own soul and meaning. The flavors of the dishes satisfied even the most demanding gourmets. The service was at an exceptionally high level. At the end, Chef Edvard personally engaged with us and served petit fours, which made the evening even more special. An unforgettable experience. Thank you to the entire team. In 2026, I expect them to receive their second Michelin star — I am 100% convinced of it. I warmly recommend a visit. Greetings from Piran, Slovenia.
Amazing food and great service
Our evening at EDVARD exceeded our expectations. The tasting menu was creative and seasonal; each dish presented Austrian cuisine with a modern touch. The wine pairings were very successful. The atmosphere was calm and sophisticated, and the service was both warm and flawless. It is an ideal place for a special evening. However, after the meal, no one came to bring our jackets, which was a slight disappointment.
Dining at EDVARD in Vienna was nothing short of an exceptional experience. From the moment you enter, you are embraced by a calm, refined atmosphere that allows you to fully focus on the cuisine and the artistry behind it. Each course was beautifully composed and flawlessly executed, showcasing precision, creativity, and a deep respect for ingredients. The wine selection and pairing were outstanding, elevating every dish and demonstrating remarkable knowledge and balance. Every glass felt thoughtfully chosen, enhancing flavors rather than overpowering them.
What can we tell about an outstanding restaurant. We have visited in 20.12.25. The staff were amazing, lovely and professional at the same time. The explenations were helpfull in understanding the amazing dishes, and the wine they had recommended us was great. They even made a special menue change for my sister who needs a gluten free diet. The meal was so tasty that I could eat bucket of most of the dishes. Some of them had the touch of genius. High class meal in a beautiful restaurant. An amazing experiance

The most delicious food in a calm setting. The waiters were so attentive and informative about the food and it was such a great touch that the head chef comes out to chat too. The food was so creatively and beautifully presented and the mix of textures and flavors were just incredible. So happy that we decided to get dinner here: Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely beautiful evening well spent in the restaurant Edvard. The dishes were all exquisite with beautiful details and any kind of meat was exceptional. I enjoyed the service of a beautiful young woman and a gentleman, I wish I remembered her name as they were very professional, yet friendly and warm: the best customer service I experienced in Vienna. An important aspect of the mention is the fact that they did not rush us what I really appreciate, given the fact that it is a practice in other Michelin star restaurants. Thank you.
One of Michelin's most beautiful 1-star restaurants. Excellent aromas, balance and presentation, very friendly and pleasant staff, and beautiful quiet atmosphere! We tried everything on the menu and loved everything. We would come to Vienna next time.
Lovely Service and amazing Food. Very attentive staff that goes above and beyond your needs. Had an amazing experience and will return again. I do recommend to stop by for dinner.
We understand why they've got a Michelin star: food is AMAZING and eating here is a full on experience! Despite losing our reservation they found space for six and went on to give us one of the most incredible dinners.
Amazing food and attentive service. Each course offered something interesting, different and surprising. The pacing between courses hit the sweet spot: not too quick, not too long. Overall, an excellent evening.
