Had a wonderful dinner thanks to great service by our server Spencer. He made solid recommendations and had such an amazing personality. Charismatic as ever and really pushed this dinner from good to great.

Great place with a cozy little patio, that we love to spend a sunny afternoon.The food is really good. I miss authentic Italian food and Cafe Fiore is as close as it gets in Ventura county.

I am extremely disappointed with the service we received last night at Cafe Fiore. Our server, Cindy disappeared on us for the entire night. To start off, she forgot my drink to begin with, when she came back, she took our order and we never saw her again. After our food arrived, she never once checked up on us to see how everything was. I needed a drink refill mid way and she ignored our table completely. My boyfriend had to get up and ask for a refill at the bar. Cindy was helping the tables next to us to our left and right but always skipped our table. This left us super confused as to why she had to walk past our table but not acknowledging us. We finished our dinner and still nothing. I flagged down the busboy and asked him if we could order dessert with him and he said he wasn’t able to put our order in but he would be more than happy to get cindy for us and grab us dessert menus. He also had mentioned that cindy was attending a larger party so that’s probably why she wasn’t as attentive. Now I’m totally understanding of that, but on 2 occasions we saw her tend to the tables next to us to ignore us. My boyfriend even tried flagging her down as she walked past us but she either ignored us or didn’t hear us. There’s also no excuse for us to pay around $130 on dinner and receive terrible, non existent service.
