It's In The Sauce Bbq - Oxnard

I always tell myself I'm going to take a picture, but the food looks and smells (and tastes! SO DELICIOUS that I keep forgetting to! Their food is top notch, and the service is INCREDIBLE!! Seating inside with a picnic table outside. Hours are limited, so check before heading over! (Google hours were correct when I visited . Get the baby back ribs plate...and the brisket sandwich...and the tritip...and the pulled pork...and the peach cobbler!

I give them 2.5 stars. I got the chicken plate. Two pieces were undercooked. It was my first time here. Customer service was good.

Definitely a 10/10, the sauce was good, tri tip was super good actually had flavor not like many I've tasted. My 3yr old was dipping everything in the bbq sauce and he never likes bbq sauce. I would recommend if you live in the south Oxnard area, instead of driving all the way to the other side of town or to another city. Also very friendly and was quick to have my order ready.

Let me tell you something. I lived in the south for 8 years...originally from the 805. This is the best damn BBQ in the 805....PERIOD! you know how I know? Black folks cook it, I tried it for the first time today, pulled pork sandwich w/ slaw. I don't even have to try anything else on the menu to tell you this is the real deal. Skip all that other BS they call BBQ out here and hit this place up. You will not be disappointed. They have a new life long customer.10/10

Best BBQ spot in Oxnard hands down. The staff was super friendly which was great, but no one really goes for good service, they go for the food. And the food was AMAZING. I got the brisket and Tri tip sandwich. It was good. Eat here. You will not be disappointed....
