Renamed but still there… a fab spot to enjoy the wonderful views at the top of the main gondola from the village. Great choices and all delicious. Catch some rays outside when sunny or keep warm inside when it is snowing… we did both!
This lovely place has been renamed but is still just as good as ever. After a 2 year Covid gap in our visits to the area it was wonderful to enjoy the food and location once again during our skiing days. Whether it is a snack or full on meal it is all so good. full range of soft and bar drinks available. Would have liked to see camomile tea and fruit juices back on the menu though. The views from here are just incredible we were lucky to have brilliant sunshine for the whole of our stay but skiing still very good just perfect.
This is a wonderful place to warm up on a cold ski day or sit ouside and sunbathe on a sunny one! The food is very good and well priced. The drinks range form fab hot chocolates and coffees to a full bar choice. Not least are the truly stunning views all around, just fabulous!
We ordered a hamburger with potato. It came out as a thin piece of hamburger steak without bread and served with French fries. It costs 11 Euro. We also order stew with potato, and it came out as a very salty beef stew with French fries and costs 12 Euro
It's practically the only food place in base 1 so if you're hungry.... The French fries are good and so is the lasagna The meat in the Gaulash I had was too hard and gummy
