This expectation was sa... read more We paid 350€ per person for the new years dinner package. At this price level we expected a high quality and tasteful dining experience. This expectation was sadly not met. The food was bland and uninspired, often topped with low quality caviar or truffles to seem more “fancy” than it really was. The mingle beforehand was pleasant and champagne was served aplenty. When the dinner began the disappointment grew, drinks were not included and the meals were tasteless. Cannot recommend, they have a long way to go before they have any remote chance of receiving a Michelin star

The quality of the... read more La Chandelle is an excellent restaurant with excellent staff. I came here on two occasions and had my favourite restaurant/wine experiences. The quality of the florentina steak and its cooking was exceptional and at a very reasonable price point for that quality. Clearly some very talented chefs work here. The serving staff were very professional and interesting. The wine list and its curation was also excellent with top producers and vintages from all across italy. The maestro behind the wine list was very kind and discussed his passion with us. The restaurant setting itself is so well done and atmospheric for the alpine environment. Grazie Mille!

We... read more One of its 5 star noble mountain style kind and at the same time home style chic restaurant that pays attention to quality and taste for its global clients. We loved the beef fillet, the truffle, the pastas and the wine. Also the cocktails. We believe it is the best in Cervinia.
