I love this restaurant. They have great coffee and a variety of food options. The line can get really long at times, so it's best to plan ahead. But that just shows how popular and great of a place it is! ?
I made a quick stop in Vail downtown on my way to Denver and parked in the public parking. I tried the Matcha Lavender Latte and it was so refreshing. I also enjoyed the Vegan cookie. They offer a lot of gluten-free and dairy-free options which is fantastic. I just wish they had eggless options too! The parking is paid - free for up to 10 minutes and $20 for 30 minutes to an hour.
Best coffee, and they even had gluten dairy soy free baked goods the best I've ever purchased and didn't get sick from, and I'm super sensitive to cross contamination. Thank you so much!
