In addition to sushi, Osakis Sushi and Japanese Restaurant also offers a diverse selection of sashimi and hibachi dishes. One rare find on their menu is the Ikura, made with roe or salmon eggs that are cooked on high flame or smoked on fire-grills and served with a creamy dip.

This is an exceptional, Japanese owned sushi bar featuring top quality fish flown in regularly. It’s is like a fine sushi place you’d find in Tokyo. Amazing service and sushi! The fish is some of the best and freshest tasting I have ever had, and the chef comes up to you throughout the meal to make sure you are enjoying it. And with only a few tables, the atmosphere is quiet and private. If you like sushi and want to try real wasabi, I could not recommend a better spot!

Must try sushi place if you’re in the Vail ski area. Sushi chefs were Japanese. The sushi literally melts in your mouth. Loved their spicy rolls it wasn’t filled with those tempura bits other sushi place uses as fillers. The fish was so so fresh. I wouldn’t go anywhere else except this place next time I’m in Vail. The servers were also knowledgeable and kind.
