We liked 2 different salads, rabbit dish, Hummus and sweet potato curry dish were super spicy/hot, octopus was too dry, calmars -too much breadcrumbs, ice cream had a few plastic pieces inside the cup. We got apologies and some discounts, and our attitude and mood was high and we still enjoyed this experience.

I... read more Decided to take my wife to a special meal for her birthday (belated). I’ve been trying to get her to stay at the Sebastian but she likes the big chain hotels. I know she likes tapas so I told her about a tapas restaurant in Vail. Once we walked into that hotel lobby she fell in love. Once we got to the restaurant she was already researching reservations. The ambiance was soothing with a hint of high end but not intimidating. The staff was so accommodating and kind. We love the folks of Colorado. The food was excellent and we ordered many plates with much anticipation for the next one. They were all great!!! The scallops were the best. This will be my regular spot every time i visit Vail and I plan to make it at least once a year. I congratulate them and wish them the best. I got top “best husband” points for that restaurant pick. Thank you so much for your food and great service.
