Having been an Executive Chef at Landry's for eight years, focusing on Italian cuisine, it has been a long time since I enjoyed authentic Italian food prepared the right way. I would definitely recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for genuine Italian cuisine. Thank you for renewing my faith in great food. Allen

The service is consistentl... read more One of my favorite dining spots in Uvalde is this restaurant. Whenever I visit my family in town, I always make an effort to stop by. The service is consistently friendly and prompt, and I've never received the wrong order—though I haven't tackled any large or complex meals. The food is always delightful, and in my opinion, the pizza stands out as especially tasty. I enjoy many of the pasta dishes, but because I'm allergic to certain seafood, I can't comment on that part of the menu. The desserts are enjoyable and include the usual offerings like tiramisu and cheesecake. The dining area is beautifully decorated and has a charming ambiance with Italian music playing at a volume that allows for easy conversation. There's a pool table in a side room, which might have a bar, but I haven’t ventured in to confirm. Additionally, there's a spacious dining room in the back where I've hosted large parties.
