I ordered and paid for a double with cheese but received a single without cheese instead. To make matters worse, it came with lettuce that had a bitter taste, which I really dislike. Despite this mix-up, I'm still giving them one star because of my long-standing love for Whataburger.

As a... read more Despite the hustle and bustle, she took the time to personally bring my shake to me while I waited for my name to be called. She really shines in her role! As a teacher, I would happily give her an A along with a few gold stars for her exceptional service. Great job, Fatima! Whataburger is lucky to have her on their team! Kudos to her! And just to note, the drive-thru lines were long, and the dining room was busy, yet she was the only cashier working up front.
