I recently drove to Uvalde and decided to stop by KFC for some original chicken. When I received my order, I asked the young person at the counter if it was original or crispy. He assured me it was original, but it didn't look like what I had expected. It was overcooked and burnt, definitely more crispy than anything else. The chicken in the 4-piece Chicken Combo was so small that I felt like I was eating quail. This is Texas, not Kentucky—we prefer everything to be bigger!
