I went back through the drive-thru and spoke to an employee, who then called the manager. The manager refused to touch the fries or nuggets, claiming that she had just eaten one and that they were hot when they came out. I literally picked up the cold items with my bare hands, but she still wouldn’t touch them. I waited for about 15 minutes for my meal, so it’s possible that they had simply cooled down during that time. The customer service was disappointing; the manager insisted they were hot when served (because she ate one), but if I’m holding them in my hands and they’re cold, do you really think they’re still hot? Ultimately, she refunded my money instead of remaking the cold items, saying they would be the same. While the chicken was extremely hot and inedible, the fries and nuggets were clearly cold and stale. If you enjoy cold and stale fries and nuggets, this is the place for you. However, I won’t be returning; the manager’s attitude has certainly put me off.

When I received my order, I asked the young person at the counter if it was original or crispy. He assured me it was original, but it didn't look like what I had expected. It was overcooked and burnt, definitely more crispy than anything else. I definitely won’t be returning to this location again!
