First Watch - Feedback

What User likes about First Watch:
First time coming to this location. We tried once around when they first opened but it was so busy and the wait was 1 hour+ we left. But this time we found out about joining the waitlist through the app (supposed to be 30-45 minutes but waited still about an hour). This restaurant is the worst I have been to on this trip. I have ordered juice from here three times through mobile ordering and each time I had to wait 20 minutes when I arrived. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt the first two times because they were busy, but the third time they were dead and still opened half an hour late.
