Easily my favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh.I've been going here for years, and I've been consistently impressed with how great the food is. What Rj doesn't like about Fujiya Ramen:
I visited Fujiya Ramen with high expectations, but unfortunately my experience fell a bit short. The atmosphere was nice and the service was friendly, but the food didn't quite live up to the hype. The ramen broth was flavorful, but the noodles were slightly overcooked and had no salt at all. We had to ask for salt on the side to be able to eat. The crispy pork was tasty. Best ramen in the city! Plus the grilled meats are so flavorful! The Spicy Miso Ramen has the right amount of spicy to flavor ratio! Please do yourself a favor and try this restaurant
The Ramen was absolutely incredible. Spicy, lots of flavor. The Karaage was crisp and the spicy mayo with it was delicious. The Gyoza were very good as well. Highly recommend
Katsu Curry and Pork Buns were both above expectations!
I ate inside the waitress was awesome and the food was even betteeeerrrrrrrrrrrr love this place 10 outta 10 highly recommend.
