The food was decent, but the service was outstanding. They happily fulfilled my request and went the extra mile to ensure a great experience. The staff were fantastic. Both the beer and gin were delightful and refreshing.
The pork belly bites featured an AMAZING sauce but were slightly overcooked and chewy. My mother-in-law enjoyed her tomato basil pasta but noted that it was a bit dry, while my father-in-law remarked that his terakihi was overdone. I’m attributing these issues to the restaurant being busy with several large groups, including ours. I’m definitely willing to give it another shot because there's a lot of potential, and the flavors were genuinely quite good.
This bar is smaller than some of the others in Brewtown, but the service is significantly better than at Wild Kiwi, and the food is just as good. The staff here are competent, friendly, well-presented, and maintain a professional atmosphere without arguing in front of customers. I would definitely recommend this spot for a casual get-together or a few drinks.
Nice place to relax after a hectic week, not too loud or quiet. Don't forget to try pork belly bites and mango cider. Highly recommended...
I recently celebrated a milestone birthday at this venue and it was perfect. Hamish was brilliant. He did a fantastic job all evening, and so did the rest of the girls who worked that night. Everyone was really impressed with the service as well as the food. Thank you for making my birthday a great night. I really appreciate it! This is a great spot to hire.
