What Silvana Foglia doesn't like about Curry House Coco Ichibanya:
Very friendly service and only take away. Add 3% for card payments. As Coco Ichibanya, not even near the restaurants in Okinawa. They only have no spices, mild and spicy, which is a disappointment and getting the spicy curry is not spicy at all. It is probably a level 3/4 of 10. The curry is also a bit outrageous compared to the restaurants in Okinawa. Also no garlic naan. It has not fulfilled my taste bud for Coco I... View all feedback. Always a good choice! My absolute fave is the Chicken Cutlet Curry with Cheese. Your choice of either mild or spicy curry. I 'm not a spicy person but their version of spicy isn 't really so it 's justright. Right now it 's take-out and cash only. View all feedback.

read moreThe reviews for this Japanese restaurant are quite mixed. Some customers were disappointed with the lack of spice options for the curry and found the food to be of lower quality compared to the original Coco Ichibanya restaurants in Okinawa. Others praised the delicious curries and generous portions at reasonable prices. Many customers were happy that the restaurant now accepts credit cards, although there is a 3% fee. Some noted that the rice could be cooked better and that the takeout containers were smaller than before. Despite some inconsistencies in food quality and service, the restaurant remains a popular choice for those craving Japanese curry in Honolulu.

Great katsu curry. I had the chicken cutlet w cheese, and it was tasty and prices were reasonable.
