J Cool's - Feedback

What User likes about J Cool's:
This is my first experience at a bar, as I don't often visit them. For 15 years, I was a stay-at-home parent, so I rarely had the chance to go out for a drink. The staff were friendly, and the patrons who seemed to know each other were welcoming too. I imagine if I lived in the area, I would probably stop by more often for a beer. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about J Cool's:
I had a disappointing experience at JCools due to the bartender's rude attitude during the evening. I was out with my uncle for a nightcap, and we were treated poorly, which resulted in us not leaving a tip. Afterward, we went to the casino, where the staff was friendly and welcoming. I won't be returning to JCools, and I will definitely tell others to avoid it. They are far from "cool." View all feedback.
