For 15 years, I was a stay-at-home parent, so I rarely had the chance to go out for a drink. The staff were friendly, and the patrons who seemed to know each other were welcoming too. I imagine if I lived in the area, I would probably stop by more often for a beer.

I was out with my uncle for a nightcap, and we were treated poorly, which resulted in us not leaving a tip. Afterward, we went to the casino, where the staff was friendly and welcoming. I won't be returning to JCools, and I will definitely tell others to avoid it. They are far from "cool."
