We were here on a weekend night so the restaurant downstairs got very busy and a band was playing music, it didn't get too loud in our upstairs room, and earplugs were provided if needed. This property is historic so the floors creak and the door squeak, but the wife I love historic buildings so we didn't mind the extra character. An excellent breakfast is included and served downstairs. My wife is pretty picky about where we stay and what she eats but has already told me she wants to return to Hotel Turkey Caprock in the spring so I have to give them 5 stars based on that. The hosts here are very pleasant and accommodating.

Our family of 3 including a 5-year old all enjoyed Hotel Turkey. We drove over from Lubbock for the evening and enjoyed great live music, food, and drinks! One... read more Our family of 3 including a 5-year old all enjoyed Hotel Turkey. We drove over from Lubbock for the evening and enjoyed great live music, food, and drinks! One of the managers even brought our son over a plate of french fries when we arrived because heheard him saying he was hungry. The venue was clean, everyone was friendly, and there were several other young kids around forour child to play with. We all had a great time! Look forward to coming back.
