This is the best restaurant I’ve ever been to, and it has a wonderful Christian ambiance. I absolutely loved the food! Be... read more After finishing our meal and getting ready to leave, we noticed a selection of desserts near the cash register, and the lady encouraged us to help ourselves. Being me, I had left some bits of meat on the table that I had planned to take out to my dog, who was waiting in the truck. Unfortunately, our waitress had already cleared our table. Instead of making me go back to the truck empty-handed, the staff quickly gathered some dog treats for us to take. I’m not sure when I’ll be back in that part of Texas, but whenever I am, Bison Cafe will definitely be on my list of places to stop!
