A plain cheeseburger, a garden b... read more Well I'm sitting here looking at a half eaten bacon cheeseburger. I'm almost too upset to finish it. My family ordered 3 meals. A plain cheeseburger, a garden burger with no cheese and a bacon cheeseburger. Guess what the garden burger had !? Cheese...???? Every single one of the burgers look like they were made and then punched. It's Friday, there was a huge line, there was abunch of teenage boys working. I get it. Hey, owners. Watch your employees. Do better. Avoid this place if you're expecting adecent burger or respect.

I've been ordering food for 20 years at big toms noticed the decline in taste, service, andcleanliness what a shame.

It still had pickles. The shake was mediocre. Burger and fries still good. Whoever isrunning it right now is screwing up. Get your quality control together. Not feeling the high price is worth it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. If I lived in Olympia I'd be back
