They forgot two of our meals when we last ate here, but we quickly realized we were missing food and went back. They had made all of our order but forgotten to hand it all over. For the inconvenience they gave us a free milkshake and so I can’t complain about little mistakes everyone makes once in a while!

I've been ordering food for 20 years at big toms noticed the decline in taste, service, andcleanliness what a shame.
