It's going to run you quite a bit more than the typical local chain establishment, but if you're into supporting an independent local business and enjoy a satisfying meal in the process, than you should find Eagan's quite appropriate. They had a pineapple cream soda last time I was there, which was quite good.

They forgot two of our meals when we last ate here, but we quickly realized we were missing food and went back. They had made all of our order but forgotten to hand it all over. For the inconvenience they gave us a free milkshake and so I can’t complain about little mistakes everyone makes once in a while!
