The serve a variety of h-burgs, but, again, priced too high for what you get. Service is reasonably fast, Place is relatively clean. Try it once, and see what you think.

I frequently visit the Grub when looking for... read more If you are looking for a burger and fries or perhaps a hot dog than look no further, the Hub Grub is where it's at. I frequently visit the Grub when looking for a fairly quick, delicious burger. You pay about $2-3 per meal more than you would at let's say McDonald's, but it is more than well worth it as everything is locally sourced including the beef and bun, and they cook when you order, not pre-made. Try the Maple BBQ burger, it is pretty amazing, and if you want it spicy than ask to have some Hub Sauce added. The homecut fries with added sea salt and parsley are great, and if you don't mind the extra calories the Donair Fries (fries with donair sauce, onion, tomato and seasoning) are wicked. All in all, the best burger in town that is homegrown, two big thumbs up. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

HOWEVER, it freaks me out that the cooks are not wearing hair nets or gloves. Especially the females with long hair hanging everywhere. Would recommend changing this.

My personal favorite is the maple BBQ hamburger, but they also offer unique flavors like bulgogi. I always opt for the hamburger platter because their fries are also top-notch. Hub Grub tends to get crowded, especially during Truro's Burger Week fundraiser, so be prepared for a possible wait. In my opinion, the wait is definitely worth it.
