We already had enough of the normal Weber-style cheeseburger. I will be happy to try this burger 2.0 recipe. however, our patties are usually 300 grams, so I'll make the buns a bit bigger and adjust the amount of sauce. And of course try the grill. At first I was a little put off by the effort. But if you look closely, you can see that you can prepare a lot. The buns days in advance if need be. The sauce the day before, just like the onions. it just needs to be heated appropriately. Thanks for this "something different" burger recipe.
