Bistro on Prince - Truro

I wanted to try something new in truro and this place didn't cancel. we started with $5 lime margaritas. they were great, but not long, so we have more. we started winging and moved toos. the wings were very over boiled and the flesh in them was quite not existent to be fried for too long. the nachos were huge and we only got half of them. it was a great worth for $10. for our main we got the bbq maple bourbon burger, which was very tasty and with delicious frits and the chicken sandwich and the Greek salate, which were also good. our server jamie and justin were attentive, friendly and keep us hydrated while we sit outside. the terrace is beautiful with lots of green and mixed seating areas, some with shade. finding the hotel was tricky, but with the help of someone from the hotel we found it. food 8/10Drinks 10/10Service 10/10Length 8/10

Nice eating, tasteful portions are large, so half an salad was good for a meal. personal was friendly

Service and food were Amazing! Stewart and Jamie went above and beyond to accommodate us on my daughter’s 13th birthday and made it extra special. Service and food are 5 . Can’t wait to dine here again. High light of our stay at the Inn. Not your typical Inn or hotel restaurant food and service. See you again soon!

For being in a hotel the dinner was actually quite nice. Great caesar salad and where were plenty of wings on the plate.
