Two times this week ordered a sandwich with no pepper and salt. First time it was a little bit. Today it was double with not triple. The was so much salt and pepper, i could not eat it. People do customize food for health reasons. The worst. View all feedback.
Horrible customer service. With no one in the drive thru at 7pm and no one behind me I was asked to wait 15 minutes before even placing my order! The food continues to be overpriced but I expect good service. Def will not be returning to this location
My soup was delicious as expected! my sandwich was good and the bread was soft. I was disappointed they were out of baguette, but it was around 6:30 pm.
Panera is the healthier fast food choice. I love salads and eat gluten-free (mostly) so the choices here are both many delicious. So glad they offer chips or apple instead of the baguette. Having a drive thru is the best when in a hurry, but I love the inside atmosphere.

I placed an online order for a dozen bagels, sliced, along with two tubs of cream cheese. The app indicated that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the store just 5 minutes later and went inside to wait. The screen showed that my order was in progress. While I was waiting, a woman approached the counter and ordered a dozen bagels along with other baked goods. Her order was ready in just 5 minutes, while I ended up waiting 10 minutes past the expected time—totaling 25 minutes for mine. Since my bagels needed to be sliced, that could explain the delay, but 25 minutes seems excessive for an order that doesn’t require cooking or assembling. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect; I received three bagels that were not the flavors I requested. I understand that there can be challenges with in-person, online, and drive-thru orders, but overall, this was not a great experience.
