When I br... read more I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered the chicken strawberry poppy seed salad, but received a salad without the chicken. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they simply put some chicken in a bowl and tossed it to me, saying, "here." The cashier also mentioned I could swap my baguette for focaccia, but when I requested that, I was told, "we don’t do that." The cashier was new and didn't seem to know the policies. To make matters worse, the manager was quite rude and showed absolutely no understanding of customer service, effectively saying, "I don’t care, you can cancel your order." I will never return to this Panera and will make sure to let all my friends in Troy know about this experience. The service deserves a zero-star rating!

I arrive... read more I placed an online order for a dozen bagels, sliced, along with two tubs of cream cheese. The app indicated that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the store just 5 minutes later and went inside to wait. The screen showed that my order was in progress. While I was waiting, a woman approached the counter and ordered a dozen bagels along with other baked goods. Her order was ready in just 5 minutes, while I ended up waiting 10 minutes past the expected time—totaling 25 minutes for mine. Since my bagels needed to be sliced, that could explain the delay, but 25 minutes seems excessive for an order that doesn’t require cooking or assembling. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect; I received three bagels that were not the flavors I requested. I understand that there can be challenges with in-person, online, and drive-thru orders, but overall, this was not a great experience.

I went ba... read more I ordered a chicken cordon bleu sandwich at the drive-thru, but received a melted ham and arugula sandwich instead. Just to clarify, I don't eat pork. I went back to return it, and Kathleen, the assistant manager, told me she couldn't issue a refund. When I asked for an explanation, she instructed someone to offer me a "you pick two" for my next visit. I'm really not inclined to return anymore. Is it too much to ask for a refund when a mistake is made with my order?

The food continues to be overpriced but I expect good service. Def will not be returning to this location
