I went ba... read more I ordered a chicken cordon bleu sandwich at the drive-thru, but received a melted ham and arugula sandwich instead. Just to clarify, I don't eat pork. I went back to return it, and Kathleen, the assistant manager, told me she couldn't issue a refund. When I asked for an explanation, she instructed someone to offer me a "you pick two" for my next visit. I'm really not inclined to return anymore. Is it too much to ask for a refund when a mistake is made with my order?

The first time there was a little bit added, but today it had so much that it was almost overwhelming. There was definitely more salt and pepper than I could handle, making it inedible. It's frustrating because people customize their food for health reasons. This experience was really disappointing.
