Description

This popular eatery offers generous portion sizes and a selection of flavorful dishes, including Kung Pao chicken and honey walnut shrimp. While the service is generally commendable with a friendly staff, long wait times for food and a limited menu can detract from the experience. Despite the occasional chaos, particularly during peak hours, the manager is noted for maintaining a positive atmosphere. Many patrons appreciate the quick and efficient online ordering system, especially during takeout-only operations. Overall, while there are some issues with inventory and service speed, the quality of food and staff dedication shine through.

I am 1/4th Chinese and when I want Chinese food quickly this is my go-to. It is Americanized but the quality and service are good. I use their app to order then pick up at the table that has a sign that says something like Grub Hub, Uber Eats, Mobile Order. Skip the Line Order Online OR with their app. I usually order the Bigger Plate with Chow Mein, Broccoli Beef, Mixed Vegetables, Honey Nut Walnut Chicken (which has an extra charge but soooo worth it, plus a side of Veggie Spring Rolls. It ends up being enough for two meals for me. Dinner then lunch for the next day. The last time I was there they do not offer dine-in due to CDC guidelines. It 's takeout which I 'm glad. The staff also wear a mask which I really appreciate. It tells me they are mindful of the immunodeficient like the elderly, cancer patients, and cancer survivors so thank you to them for that. They have been consistently good in quality of food, portions, and service. I will be back again.

I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I was pleasantly surprised by the portion sizes of the food. We placed our order online and opted for a pickup. For our family dinner, we ordered two sides and three entrées. For the sides, we chose chow mein and fried rice. The entrées were Kung Pao chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and black pepper Angus steak. All three dishes were excellent. Just a heads up—the black pepper could pack quite a punch! We also got the spring rolls, which were crispy and delicious. The ordering process was super fast. My only complaint is that the menu has a limited selection, and there aren't any soups. I know this is a national chain, but I would love to see a few more options on the menu.

Eating is good, the staff is great. just down here is the manager who cries every time I and my wife come here, at every chef. they feel bad for them at any point, but the manager is the problem here

Various specials from which you can pick up. online or by app. the location trinity has a super star worker peter who helped me and was great. it is obvious that he loves his job and helps customers. I could see his smile through his mask cover. eating was super! fresh, hot and easy to count their calories. the general dining room was clean. the sophistication was a little creepy, but busy. outside the terrace is available but has street noise. close to trinity hospital when they have to go. enjoy!

This is my favorite location. The manager consistently creates a cheerful atmosphere; he’s always upbeat and welcoming. I happened to be there during the busy lunch rush when one customer started screaming and throwing a tantrum. However, the manager handled the situation very professionally, ensuring that the customer didn’t take his frustrations out on the staff. Those reviews that mention long wait times don’t seem to realize that many places are understaffed, and it’s not their fault. The food is always fresh, well-stocked, and clean. They are constantly preparing more food in the back to ensure that it doesn’t run out. I always look forward to coming here!
