Also, your website should clearly state that delivery is only available after 5 pm. When you collect my email and details to send the order confirmation, it would be helpful to include a specific delivery time instead of sending an automated email. This change would resolve many issues.

The second time, I ordered an XL pizza, but when I went to pick it up, they said they didn’t have XL and offered two large pizzas instead, which I agreed to. However, the pizzas were too salty, cold, and seemed like they had been made hours earlier—I couldn’t even eat them.

I’ll stick to my favorite places from now on, where the food is always fresh. Paying ten euros for two tough pieces of chicken and some chips isn’t worth it—better value can be found elsewhere.
