I 've never witnessed such unsympathetic service. I ordered a falafel, assuming that how it was described on the menu was what I would get falafel balls, ' 'homemade ' ' homous, vegetables and salad. When I got it, it was completely drenched in a white garlic yoghurt sauce. Unfortunately, I can 't have any dairy, so I went back and asked the girl for a new one. I tried explaining to her very simply what I wanted, but she could not understand no matter what I said. All I wanted was exactly how it 's described on the menu board! When I got the re make, I opened it up, and saw it was only a few falafel balls with a dollop of homous. No veg, nothing! It was the saddest looking thing I 've seen. I got my partner to bring it back, again, because I was getting so annoyed. He came back with the yet again ' 'fixed ' ' wrap, where I saw they added THREE pieces of spinach! He said the manager started yelling at him and essentially blamed ME. My boyfriends falafel wrap was bursting full of salad, red cabbage and other veg.... why is it so difficult?? And the audacity to charge 5 euro for this horrible meal. On top of everything the place itself has a cold, uninviting atmosphere and a depressing seating area. AVOID!!!!!!!

The customer service was excellent the staff were very attentive and welcoming, there was a group of us and the staff were very accommodating and there was a wide choice for all of us from their new menu. I also noticed when I was in that they had refurbished the restaurant and it looks really well and a lot more inviting. Their new counter and menu really adds to the restaurant. I will defiantly be returning for their tasty food and great customer service.

Went to abrakebabra today in Tralee and I will not be returning there never again I lefted there very mad and upset the stuff need to learn how to deal with cus... read more Went to abrakebabra today in Tralee and I will not be returning there never again I lefted there very mad and upset the stuff need to learn how to deal with customers I order my food when it came it was wrong so I went up to the counter and said it to the girl who take the order(Vanessa) I was looking forward to it so much I just eat my chicken neggests and chips said to my partner you eat it if you like he tried it but couldn't even eat it he said it was ratting all I wanted was what I order nothing else it would have been a great place to go for vaue for money only stuff think they better then their costomers.
