Description
**Panera Bread: A Mixed Bag Experience**
Panera Bread has garnered a range of experiences from its patrons, highlighting both commendable service and notable shortcomings. While some diners praise the friendly staff and efficient service, others report issues with incorrect orders and inconsistent food quality. Many appreciate the fresh offerings, particularly with catering, that manage to impress even during busy periods. However, complaints about poor coffee and unclear menu items, particularly for children’s meals, have emerged. Overall, while the atmosphere is inviting and parking is convenient, guests seek consistency across locations to truly enjoy their dining experience at Panera.

Feedback
Their service is terrible they messed everything up. It was supposed to be fun they messed it all up. They do not know how to do their job! Also their staff is kinda rude to me.
This applies to all Panera locations, not just the one in Timonium— the coffee is terrible. A few years ago, Panera offered excellent coffee, but now it seems like poor decisions are being made solely to increase profits.
I normally get soup (tomato and broccoli cheddar) and baguettes and cookies. The staff is nice and the food is good too. When I go in, it is normally clean and I am never disappointed. They have vegetarian options and it has a peaceful atmosphere.
The food was excellent—though it might just be my personal preference—I would have liked larger portions for the price. The flavors were fantastic, and the service was quick and friendly. The restaurant could use a bit more cleanliness. On the plus side, there’s convenient parking and a good location. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely return.
