Contribute FeedbackVisiting this Baltimore restaurant turned out to be a disappointment for many diners. From confusion over reservation systems and unhelpful hostesses to long wait times and overcooked entrees, it seemed as though the establishment had a lot of areas in need of improvement. Despite the initial setbacks, some diners found their servers to be pleasant and accommodating, which helped salvage their dining experience. However, overall, it was clear that there were numerous issues that needed to be addressed in order to provide a more enjoyable and seamless dining experience for patrons.
I usually go to silver earlyling md or alexander va, to this on baltimore was a great disappointment. we used an open table and although this restaurant was empty, there was no greeting and we had to wait for more than 30 minutes, but we were patient. Anyone we sit down waitress arianna takes our order, we did not see it again until the bill, but saw their review on the other two tables regularly meaning several times during their visit and a table came after us. I was soouo disappointed at this visit!
The food was good on Friday. the service was great.
Tiffany, kee, founding and omar make us always welcome when we come to free days! we love going there, and eating is delicious! we'll be back soon!
I was very upset. It’s advertised they are open until 2 AM and when I called to see when the kitchen closed I was told at 1 AM. Went to go see Lion King with my boyfriend and wanted to treat him to dinner. Had a reservation for this place as well. Came in and was told there was nothing they could do. HORRIBLE! Almost ruined my date night. Luckily my boyfriend wasn’t upset and we went somewhere else! Next time, make sure all of the employees know when the kitchen closes and ADVERTISE that as well.
Our booth and floor had a sticky substance all over it. It ruined our night. Waiter had too many tables. We had to wait 10 minutes for straws.
