I even reached out to manager (which I never do) and was told they ?would take care of it? and then crickets. So no, I won?t be going again. Shake shack is literally a thousand times better if u need this kind of food.

None of the burgers are labeled in the boxes so you have no idea and can't check in the store without pulling each burger out individually and handling them, which is unsanitary whenpicking up a carry-out order. Never going back. Called the store. No one answers.

She saw me, but continued to cook the order of the one other patronwho was waiting for his food. Maybe that's why only one person was there during the lunch hour.
