Was Meow Meow at Itsu a mag?
I went to Itsu last year in November, and I had my grandma with me and she only speaks Chinese. I wasn't looking forward to translating the whole menu when one of the members of staff asked what language she speaks and got a member of staff to translate the menu for me, and I am very grateful to that person View all feedback.

Order arrived missing one set out of two, with a miso soup I didn’t order, and only £3 taken off the invoice. It’s shameful. If they didn’t have what I ordered they should have just issued an instant refund. View all feedback.
The team at Itsu in Jubilee Mall provides excellent food and customer support. Sammy, the supervisor, is very helpful and works with Tasha and their colleagues to accept feedback, explain things, and take appropriate measures. Thank you for the great experience.
Last week I went to the store, they had some issues with payments but the store manager was assisting people and staff and was very nice. The box I’ve bought was delicious and fresh too! Highly recommend!
Food was still extremely warm and delicious came with multiple recyclable utensils e.g. chopsticks, forks etc good packaging and food was scrumptious
Amazing customer service. I recommend the food if you are looking for something healthier to eat whilst you’re visiting. Seating area is comfortable and a great location if you want to eat in the upstairs outside area.
The itsu was really nice, with amazing staff!
