You will get frequent marketing text messages and there is no way to stop them I have been getting them for 2 years now and they do not respond to requests to stop.

I keep getting spam messages from them. In order to stop receiving them I have to send a message to an number that costs me £0.15. I know it's not much, but it'... read more I keep getting spam messages from them. In order to stop receiving them I have to send a message to an number that costs me £0.15. I know it's not much, but it's outrageous that I have to pay some 3rd party because Basilico can't honor my marketing preferences. I tried to contact them to no avail. I tried to mark the numbers I'm getting the spam from, but I still keep getting them. I stopped buying from them specifically because of this long ago. But I still can't get them to stop to spam me. (I just sent the stop SMS message hoping that it will stop)

My kids ask me to get this pizza often our new Friday night favourite!! We have tried many different flavours of Basilico’s pizza, and they have all been great quality and absolutely delicious! Well worth the price, and would definitely recommend!

I called the restaurant and they s... read more It used to be such a decent place. In the last order, the tiramisu jar was delivered completely broken and hence not eatable. I called the restaurant and they said that it was not their fault. When I explained that it actually was their fault given all items were delivered loose and not packed the person on the phone started to pretend they do not understand English. The pizza itself was quite burnt. Sad story as I was a regular customer for 4 years but now will never order again from that place. AVOID!!!
