I called the restaurant and they s... read more It used to be such a decent place. In the last order, the tiramisu jar was delivered completely broken and hence not eatable. I called the restaurant and they said that it was not their fault. When I explained that it actually was their fault given all items were delivered loose and not packed the person on the phone started to pretend they do not understand English. The pizza itself was quite burnt. Sad story as I was a regular customer for 4 years but now will never order again from that place. AVOID!!! I booked online and opted for delivery within 45 minutes, but the pizza only arrived after 75 minutes when I called to ask where it was, and then it was cold, w... read more I booked online and opted for delivery within 45 minutes, but the pizza only arrived after 75 minutes when I called to ask where it was, and then it was cold, with no hint of apology from anyone. It would probably have been a nice pizza made with good ingredients if delivered when still hot, but as we had to reheat it the crust was chewy and the whole thing past it’s best. Not what you expected for the relatively high price. I don’t think I’ll be back, and probably only worth buying if you opt for collection as it seems the slow delivery let down an otherwise good idea.

When I heard Basilico offer... read more I had been envious of seeing Esin and Koray's posts about delicious pizzas, but as a vegan, I was on the lookout for a vegan option. When I heard Basilico offered a vegan pizza, I had to try it. I visited their Limehouse Station location and was excited to try their vegetarian pizza with vegan cheese. The restaurant had a small seating area, but I didn't mind as I eagerly waited for my pizza to be made. The pizza was colorful and flavorful, with grilled vegetables and vegan cheese on a thin, crispy crust. I savored every bite and appreciated the balance of flavors. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend Basilico's vegan pizza to others.

The pizza arrived very hot,and was so good I wished I’d ordered the Extra large. Very tasty mouth watering pizza and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten. If you live close, collect your pizza as it always means you get it at its best.
