The Inn offers good food and service, with beautiful scenic surroundings. Although there were some issues with the Sunday roasts being served cold and the dining area lacking in ambiance, the overall experience was positive. While the wagyu beef burgers may not have met expectations, there are other delicious food options available with excellent presentation. The staff were hardworking and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere for families and even dogs. With improvements in temperature control for food and a more comfortable dining area, The Inn could become a regular go-to spot for many visitors. Overall, the reviews are mostly positive, with customers returning multiple times and recommending the restaurant to their friends.

We visited this restaurant for lunch on Valentine's Day. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant is dog-friendly. The food was reasonably priced and what you would expect at this price point. The service was a bit slow, but we were not in a hurry, which is to be expected when a place is busy. The restaurant is located in a nice character-filled property. Overall, it is worth a visit for both drinks and food.
The staff is amazing, the food is amazing, this is my favorite place.
Venue was lovely. Food is overpriced, extremely late food being delivered (55min wait). Missing menu items once served. We’d finished our meal before we were asked if ‘everything was ok’. Simply put, a poor experience.
The atmosphere at this restaurant is lovely, with attentive and friendly staff. The food is served promptly.
Fancied a nice Sunday lunch and here looked nice. The car park was pay and display(both) with no offer to refund if your having a meal. Whilst waiting for our food another couple opposite who were seated at their table were told they couldn't order food as they had too many tickets in the kitchen,they left.. We ordered the Veg Wellington which arrived with two slices of carrot three potatoes some water cress and a York pud. It was on the small side for a roast but the wellington wasn't that great, rubbery was the polite way to sum it up. We had a discount count but were told we could not use it as we had not waited 24 hours.. How many people use or search codes on the day.. The staff were great. To sum up our experience... The toilets were nice.
