The restaurant's setting is incredible, with a beautiful building, good decor, and fantastic food and service. I will definitely be returning when I'm back in Devon for dinner. I highly recommend trying the fillet steak - it's one of the best I've ever had.

We found this restaurant on Tripadvisor while on our way to Torquay. It was raining, so we were looking for somewhere with easy parking to enjoy lunch. The food was delicious, especially the pistachio frangipane tart with raspberry sorbet. I had the fresh hake, which was excellent, and my husband had the chicken. The service was great. I would highly recommend this place.

Exceptional food with a friendly service. My mum and I had the 3 course set menu, which was very good value. We’re only in the area for a few days but will be back before we leave. Highly recommended for foodies! On a par with top london restaurants.
