The food and service provided by the owners here are exceptional! They are very accommodating when it comes to dietary restrictions and truly understand how to take care of their guests. They go above and beyond!
The service was excellent, even though it was a quiet Thursday night, so I can't speak to how it might be when they have a full house. I always admire good presentation, and their plates resembling Portuguese tiles added a nice touch, as did the way our dishes were served. We shared the calamari and chorizo, both of which were very tasty. For our main courses, we had the grilled octopus and grilled sea bass, both of which were fantastic as well. They also offer a nice selection of Portuguese wines. I would recommend enhancing the ambiance by playing fado music and having some candlelight. Overall, the food was great, and the prices were quite reasonable.
The restaurant was quiet and warm and cozy and festive with Christmas decorations. We came there to have dinner and see the fireworks, and finally we watched fireworks directly from the window, where we ate, which was perfect. The cream brulé was out of this world ????
The food was truly amazing. The grilled octopus was exceptional. This Portuguese restaurant in Toronto is top-notch.
They serve mouthwatering fish and seafood dishes that are guaranteed to please those who don't eat meat.
