Small and intimate environment. Food was high quality Rib eye main and spinach dip appy both were good choices. Only downside is washrooms were located a floor above restaurant. Don’t wait for the elevator, take the stairs if you are able View all feedback.
What StephenP doesn't like about Wildfire Steakhouse Cosmopolitan:
We were very disappointed. We expected a steakhouse similar to the original restaurant in North York. Instead of getting a steakhouse we got a cheap hotel bar with the same menu but significantly inferior quality of food. Service was very good, waiter was very attentive. View all feedback.
Went there for dinner when on a business trip. The food and the service was exceptional and wonderful. The service was exemplary. The food was sumptuous. I had a veal steak on one day and on another day i had the salmon and both were mouth watering and after 3 days still feel the taste in my mouth. It was that rich in taste. If you have Ditta as your waitress you are lucky because she makes you feel homely and is always there. She is always on top of things. It was worth the money in every sense of the food the restaurant service. Would definitely visit there if in toronto again
Welcoming staff good value for money the burgers were good the pasta also and the crèmes brûlées too. Good cocktails too.
Bar is on the ground floor of the Cosmopolitan Hotel, but you wont be able to do a chargeback to your room if you staying there. As for the restaurant, the décor and ambience is very bful. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Ordered the pasta and the fish entrée absolutely beautiful.Good selection of beer and very good selection of wines.Recommend it
We have been to this restaurant on several occasions
Took in a 3-course "Summerfest" dinner as a result of looking at their menu which had a lot of choice. Steakhouse is just off the lobby of the Cosmopolitan Executive Hotel. The hotel is abit of a challenge to find if you haven't looked it up on a map as it's tucked away off of Yonge street..I started with the escargot, a favorite of mine and I was not disappointed. My main course was the filet mignon, ordered medium rare. It came on the better side of medium. Enjoyed nonetheless along with whipped potatoes and a small selection of veggies. (My partner had the back ribs. While it was a large helping, she was not that enthusiastic about them). For dessert, the carrot cake was an excellent choice to top off the meal.Service was not overly attentive, slow in a few places during the evening although the restaurant was not that busy. Certainly not slow enough to complain. Damage for the three course meal was $40.Not sure if I would return
