The manger Sally is a lovely lady who had a smile on her face and gave the best customer service ever. I would really recommend this place for a breakfast. Full English breakfast was perfect, and the coffee was made to prefection. I will definitely be returning

At first glance it seems lovely but like Royston Vasey... read more We decided to try this cafe after walking passed it a billion and one times on shopping trips to Cwmbran. At first glance it seems lovely but like Royston Vasey, you pick under the layer and find something quite odd. The guy who works at the counter speaks to you like you are interrupting him from something more important. The staff look like they hate life. The miserable lady who serves can’t be bothered to walk to the tables but is happy to meet you halfway and I had to clean my own table! Also the kitchen is very small and yet the staff still manage to shout at each other rather than communicate like normal people. Food is a little under average but on a positive note, you get what you asked for. We have spent 30 minutes here and not one customer has left with a smile on their face! All in all I would spend your money elsewhere.
