What Ottilie Kuphal doesn't like about Steak and Shake:
not a fan of ordering on kiosk and then waiting for me to eat and drink. who wants to work all day and wait for him? I can do this at home. hamburger was good, but pommes were cold. there were only 8 customers and my family was 6 of them. around 18 o'clock View all feedback. What Keyshawn Kovacek likes about Steak and Shake:
eating and prices were excellent as always, but we were disappointed that they were with servering away and went to an ordered kiosk instead. probably not be back to sit down because of this restaurant. I always saw steak n shake as 50’s diner vibe and in the attempt to maintain with the times and move only to kiosk order, somehow ruined this feeling. View all feedback.

read moreThe restaurant in question has received a mixed bag of reviews, with some customers complaining about the lack of customer service, cleanliness issues, and rudeness from the staff. On the other hand, there were positive comments about the food quality, especially the hamburgers, and the exceptional customer service provided by some employees. Despite issues with ordering on kiosks and waiting times, many customers appreciated the overall dining experience and found the prices to be reasonable for the quality of food provided. In conclusion, while there were some hiccups in terms of service and atmosphere, the general consensus seems to be that the food quality and customer service ultimately prevailed, leading to mostly positive experiences for diners.
