Where is the customer service? order their own eating on a kiosk, inside is dirty, tables unclean, flooring look like they had not been cleaned in a very long time. don't even look into the bathroom and no hired ever makes contact with them, except to call their number. then, to distribute it from the food, is not so good.

The food was good. my wife and my family had never eaten here or even seen one since they are not in our opposite. that was what they would expect, but the customer service was top notch. they need to use a kiosk to order, but I saw a worker help a few customers and even went an older women through the process and made the adjustments so that they could have a patty melt as they use to order. we were a group of 7 (2 adults and 5 children,) who had been on the way for over 2 weeks and 5000 miles, and the personal treated my children and always asked if we needed something. If I wasn't gone for 8 hours, I'd go back.
I am so disappointed in the changes. It is more expensive and now we have to do all the work. No waitresses, order at a kiosk, self serve drinks, and bus our own tables. Less employees also meant it went super slow. I love steak n shake but this will be our last trip
