This Schlotzsky's is very clean, well staffed and has my favorite sandwich their Original! The employees working at the time my husband and I were there were super friendly and helpful! Back when I worked in Topeka, I would eat at Schlotzsky's 3 or 4 times a week for 8 years and never got burnt out on these yummy sandiches! Would rate food 5/5 always. This time though, the experience was not so great. After seeing a handful of orders after mine got picked up, I asked and was told they did not have my order. I gave my receipt and they then slowly prepared it as if I were in the wrong. Not even a sorry. View all feedback.
The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. They also adhere to COVID protocols, and the restaurant is ADA accessible. Once again, the food was fantastic!
Excellent service! I absolutely adore the witty older lady who takes your order. And, of course, the food is delicious!
The staff here is incredibly friendly, the service is fast, and the sandwiches are top-notch, making this one of my favorite places, even if I don't visit often. The original number 1 sandwich is a classic and my personal favorite.
This Place was full but our order was hot flavorfully delicious..I always get the chicken bacon cheesey on rye im never disappointed! The best ever and did you see how much meat i could only eat half...but there's always tomorrow.
